Chelsea’s AM/Pre-breakfast Routine:

Wake up between 8:30 and 9:00.

1.) Have a glass of warm water (for body detoxification, digestion, improves blood circulation) and a banana (for energy and to possible help with muscle cramping when exercising. Plus, they’re delicious.)

2.) Brush teeth.

3.) Wash face with Neutrogena Naturals Acne Foaming Scrub. Then moisturize with Neutrogena Acne Defense Lotion.
-Always, always, always wash face before a workout, especially if you have makeup on!

Bring my chubby puggle Ryleigh out.

5.) Workout (half hour at least).

6.) Shower.
-Wash face again with Neutrogena Rapid Clear 2 in 1 Toner. Moisturize with Cetaphil.

Then it’s breakfast time (which always includes something with protein and fiber–peanut butter, roasted chickpeas, eggs, fruit, etc).

    1. yeah, it’s easy when your boss doesn’t give you hours, or when she does, you don’t have to be in till one. There is always time. Even five minutes can go along way after a while!
